Paying Our Invoices
Invoicing at the completion of accounting or income tax work means our firm has already paid our employees and for the necessary software and research materials to perform the work. For this reason, we file tax returns after our invoice has been paid.
We send client bills through CPA Charge to the email address on file. We can process payments over the phone, in person at our office, or through CPA Charge which allows for ACH payments from checking accounts or charging with credit cards. You may also send a check through the mail, although the time to receive the payment is longer than other methods.
Providing ample choices to our clients means that we will return your documents in person in our office, or via Federal Express or the USPS with signatures and tracking. Federal Express and USPS services are covered in a separate fee payable with your tax return invoice or at the time of the request if later.
